Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Product Orders
- 50% advance or agreed booking amount is payable in advance to process request.
- Booking amount is not refundable.
- Full payment has to be done at time of material dispatch – Amount is NOT REFUNDABLE
- Booking once done cannot be modified or altered.
- Full payment shall be done within the validity period of this P.I. The rates may vary after the validity period ends.
- Courier + Packing Charges Extra.
- Delivery time is as per courier.
- In case of any damage in courier/transit, this is mandate to share damaged item details along with all photos and videos within 10 hours of arrival both by mail and intimating via call.
Service

Installation (Applicable only on eligible products, not for all products):
- Free installation till 15 Days of purchase.
- Installation companies are third party agencies and we have no agency/tie-up with them.
- We take no responsibility to any physical damage to the machine apart from courier damage and that too should be informed within 10 hours of machine arrival.
- We pay maximum of Rs. 500 INR for the installation service on customer’s behalf.
- We take no responsibility of the quality of 3rd party technician’s service quality.
After sales service:
- 1st service is free after the installation for 15 days (For eligible products only).
- For service, there is a visit charge of Rs. 600 that the customer has to pay to the company.
- Only electrical components of the machine are covered under warranty.
- The pipes, filters and fittings are not covered under warranty.
- If the machine’s warranty covered parts are not reparable at the customer’s site, the company may ask the customer to courier the part for replacement/repair, the courier charges won’t be taken care by the company.
- Warranty on the machine is void if the customer opens the machine without informing the company or attempts to install by themselves without getting consent from the company on email (In this case company will take no future responsibility) .
- The customer is bond not to interact/exchange contacts with the installation person and involve the same in future services for the machine, any such activity is not permissible by the company and will make the warranty void.
Online Store (Vendor/Seller)
- The setup fee is not refundable.
- If you have paid any money for running ads and have paid extra for any other service won’t be refunded.
Software/Website/Mobile App development service
A. COST OF PAGES: The minimum cost of extra static pages in the website is Rs. 2000/-. The price may vary on basis of project complexity.
B. Base Design or Theme structure will be shown by Quassarian representative on start of project. Once the coding work on work project has begun, design change request will not be entertained. Although minor contents can be edited.
C. Website development stands for the coding service. The amount is charged for coding only. The company is not responsible for issues from third party services like server, domain etc.
D. Unless specified free, the server and domain charges has to be taken care by the customer.
E. Website service is an annual renewable service. Website once developed is valid for one year from the date of initiation. After that the client has to renew the website by paying the renewable charge that is equal to Server Cost + Domain Cost + Rs. 5000 Service Charge + 18% GST every year.
F. The company is not responsible for any mean time server down, website down, technical glitches that may happen due to technical reasons.
G. Code of the website developed is always a property of Quassarian Innovations Pvt. Ltd. while the website’s frontend readable contents only are property of the customer.
H. In case of any pending payment from the customer, the company may disable the website till the payment is done.
