Refunds/Cancellations policy for customers

Thanks for purchasing our products at quassarian.com operated by Quassarian Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund/replacement, you have to request return of the product within 24 hours of your purchase and courier back the same to the company at your own cost. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged and unused in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded in form of Quassarian credit through which you can purchase any other Quassarian product from the same Web Store.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return request after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or return.

B2B Orders

  1. 50% advance or agreed booking amount is payable in advance to process request.
  2. Booking amount is not refundable.
  3. Full payment has to be done at time of material dispatch – Amount is NOT REFUNDABLE 
  4. Booking once done cannot be modified or altered.
  5. Full payment shall be done within the validity period of this P.I. The rates may vary after the validity period ends. 
  6. Courier + Packing Charges Extra.
  7. Delivery time is as per courier. 
  8. In case of any damage in courier/transit, this is mandate to share damaged item details along with all photos and videos within 10 hours of arrival both by mail and intimating via call.

Online Store (Vendor/Seller)

  1. The setup fee is not refundable.
  2. If you have paid any money for running ads and have paid extra for any other service won’t be refunded.
